FAQ’S & RESOURCES

  • Joining ECA Rewards is quick and easy! All active Emerald City Athletics members are automatically eligible. You can activate your account via the ECA Member App. Or, you can scroll to the top of this page and click the “ACTIVATE MY REWARDS ACCOUNT” button.

  • Each reward will include specific redemption instructions. Because each reward is unique, redemption instructions may vary. Some items — like ECA merch or gym gear — will be available for in-club pickup only.

    All rewards are limited edition and available while supplies last.
    To guarantee your reward of choice, be prepared to pick it up on the same day you claim it. Unclaimed rewards may be re-released to other members.

  • ECA Rewards is free and available to all active Emerald City Athletics members. To redeem rewards, your membership must remain in good standing. If your membership is canceled, your access to ECA Rewards and any unredeemed points will be discontinued immediately.

    Points are non-transferable and tied to your personal ECA membership account. They cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
