What is a HYROX SIM?

The HYROX Simulation Competition brings the excitement and challenge of a HYROX fitness race to participants of all levels, without needing to travel to an official HYROX event.

The Simulation Competition is true to the HYROX format, featuring workout stations with a run in between each one (our JUNE event will be a *HYBRID SIM*). ECA’s SIM is sponsored by the HYROX organization and will include a pre-race vendor village + post-race party.

Whether you're training for an official HYROX competition or just looking to push yourself to new limits, the simulation offers an opportunity to test your endurance, strength, and mental grit in a fun, competitive atmosphere! Regardless of your fitness level, the crowd and coaches will be there cheering you on every step of the way - this is your moment to feel like a true CHAMPION.

ECA’s June HYROX SIM will be a *HYBRID SIM* making it accessible for all fitness levels.

Registration Details:

Early Bird Sign-Up: May 1st – May 31st
Register early to secure your spot and take advantage of discounted pricing or priority access!

Late Registration: June 1st – June 12th


If you miss the early bird window, you can still register during this period—but space may be limited and higher rates may apply.

Event Starting Time: Open House  & Warm Up begins at 8am, heats start at 9am and continue every 15 min thereafter
