What is a HYROX SIM?

The HYROX Simulation Competition brings the excitement and challenge of a HYROX fitness race to participants of all levels, without needing to travel to an official HYROX event.

The Simulation Competition is true to the HYROX format, featuring workout stations with a run in between each one. ECA’s SIM is sponsored by the HYROX organization and will include a pre-race vendor village + post-race party.

Whether you're training for an official HYROX competition or just looking to push yourself to new limits, the simulation offers an opportunity to test your endurance, strength, and mental grit in a fun, competitive atmosphere!
