What is a HYROX SIM?
The HYROX Simulation Competition brings the excitement and challenge of a HYROX fitness race to participants of all levels, without needing to travel to an official HYROX event.
The Simulation Competition is true to the HYROX format, featuring workout stations paired with run in between each one (our April event will be a *HALF SIM). Whether you're training for an official HYROX competition or just looking to push yourself to new limits, the simulation offers an opportunity to test your endurance, strength, and mental grit in a fun, competitive atmosphere!

ECA’s first HYROX SIM will be a *HALF SIM* making it accessible for all fitness levels.

Event Starting Time: Open House & Warm Up begins at 8am, heats start at 9am and continue every 10 min thereafter
