NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The "New Year Sweepstakes" (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Emerald City Athletics, located at 10110 Evergreen Wy, Everett, WA 98204, United States (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Emerald City Athletics, the NFL Entities (as defined below), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on January 14th, 2026 at 12:01 AM PT and ends on February 14th 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official entry form during the Sweepstakes Period. Submission of the entry form constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and agreement to receive promotional communications from Emerald City Athletics.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants will automatically activate a free 29-day guest pass to Emerald City Athletics. No purchase is required.
5. Prize Value & Odds
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) year of Champions Training membership at Emerald City Athletics
$1,000 cash prize
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,000
Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
No substitution or cash alternative will be provided.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries in a drawing held on February 15th, 2026.
The potential winner will be contacted by phone or email by an Emerald City Athletics representative. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Prize Pickup
The winner must pick up the prize in person at an Emerald City Athletics location, to be coordinated with ECA staff. Government-issued photo identification may be required for verification purposes. Failure to claim the prize in a reasonable time may result in forfeiture, at Sponsor’s discretion.
8. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs not specifically stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. Marketing Consent
By submitting an entry form and providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive marketing emails and/or text messages from Emerald City Athletics. 10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes are final. Entries are void where prohibited by law.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Emerald City Athletics, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
The National Football League, its member professional football clubs (including Football Northwest LLC d/b/a Seattle Seahawks), NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties, LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or the award of any prize(s). The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this promotion in any way.
12. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected through this Sweepstakes is subject to Emerald City Athletics’ privacy policy.
