ECA GAMES is an all-level, team based fitness competition! Test your limits, get cheered on, and experience the thrill of competition in a high-energy, supportive environment.

Expect a series of challenging workouts designed to push your endurance, strength, and strategy β€” inspired by the CrossFit Games but tailored for every level of athlete. No matter your skill level, every rep counts and every athlete matters.

LOCATION: ECA BALLINGER VILLAGE

Costumes / matching outfits : ENCOURAGED! 

Cost : $50/ a team 

When: Sept 27th 8a-12p 

  • Athlete debriefing at 7am 

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Teams of 2 - Same Sex 

  • Divisions to Sign Up for: Fitness Division or Performance Division 

Main difference between the 2 divisions:

  • Loading: fitness will have lighter loading and simpler movements (i.e. DB vs Barbells)
