Expect a series of challenging workouts designed to push your endurance, strength, and strategy β inspired by the CrossFit Games but tailored for every level of athlete. No matter your skill level, every rep counts and every athlete matters.

HOW IT WORKS:
Teams of 2 - Same Sex
Divisions to Sign Up for: Fitness Division or Performance Division
Main difference between the 2 divisions:
Loading: fitness will have lighter loading and simpler movements (i.e. DB vs Barbells)
